Andy Vallentine

Andy Vallentine is a queer director hailing from the middle-of-nowhere Michigan. A youth spent under the oppressive thumb of an evangelical church and a school system resigned to his failure (thanks, dyslexia) led him to filmmaking and a way out. Andy attributes these early experiences to his commitment to telling the stories of the vulnerable and under-represented in compelling and new ways.
